If you have made a purchase at www.dookdi.com , we assume that you have gone through and are aware of the refund/exchange policy stated below
We deliver pan India with a flat rate.
The shipping is calculated at the time of checkout.
All orders are processed from our Ahmedabad studio with reliable delivery partner.
Once you place an order with us you will receive an email confirmation with details of your order.
Domestic orders are shipped within 10-12 days.
– We process your orders within 3 working business days. usually.
– Each products takes minimum making time of 5-7 working days.
– Delivery takes 5-7 working days depending on the address.
– Thus your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 10-12 working days
– If the piece is ready it will take 5-7 working days to reach to you.

We’re continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.

We warmly invite you to choose your pieces carefully and consciously. If you need any information before buying the piece, please reach out to us.
We do not except returns for items unless wrong product is reached or its received damaged.
– Please write to us with images within 48 hours. Once we confirm, Please send the product to us within 5-7 days.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable. How ever in these cases we can send the same shipping cost we levied for returning the piece safely to us.
– Once the piece is received, the amount will be refunded.
how ever, in this case the piece can be exchanged too !
EXCHANGES
Exchange /return will be only accepted once.
We only exchange if products received are defective /damaged/incorrect.
Steps for exchange:
If wrong/damaged product has been received ,
Please write to us with images within 48 hours. Once we confirm, Please send the product back to us.The time to return the piece will be 5-7 days.
Shipping cost will be born by us. Same as the flat charge.
We shall send a replacement piece without delivery cost.
Note: the piece should be packed along with our cards and other things intact, please wrap the box with packing just like it was received.
Once the piece is received, we will send the replacement.
The value of the exchanged piece shall not be less than the replacement in case you wish to replace the piece.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Once approved, you will get the full refund
It will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
– first check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.)
– Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

BELOW CASES DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
– Incorrect/outdated delivery address. (Includes incorrect PIN codes)
– Package refused by recipient
– Items returned in used/damaged condition.
– Minor color or design variations.
Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our crafts people.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, please know monitors are calibrated differently and colors while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.
